Doreens many years of work with First Nations People and Organizations has earned her credibility and respect.
Team Building
Includes a wide range of team building exercises that solidify cohesion and optimize effectiveness in the workplace. By reviewing individual company requirements, we construct a comprehensive package that offers plausible/credible workshops that best fit your organization’s needs. Effective Communication
Verbal Communication is a key component to any successful relationship. Through our effective communication workshops, participants are taught how to “say what they mean,” and “mean what they say.” Blended to a mix of theory, exercises and support from our trained professionals, the power of words hone communication, thus improving customer relations for internal or external customers alike.
Effective Listening
Just as verbal communication is the key to success, listening is the window to opportunity. With this essential aspect in place, we are able to accurately ascertain the needs and wants of our internal or external customers. This important component is often an overlooked element that deteriorates successful businesses. Listening is one of the most important skills you can have. Effective listening has a substantial impact on job effectiveness, and on the quality of relationships with others.
It is estimated that the majority of us, depending on what study is quoted, only remember a minuscule 25 to 50% of what we hear! Clearly, effective listening is a skill that we can all benefit from improving given these statistics. By becoming a more active listener, productivity improves, ability to influence, persuade and negotiate increase. The plus side is that it prevents potential conflict and misunderstandings. All are essential ingredients to a successful, productive workplace. Effective speaking and listening creates understanding, doing the job right the first time and increased profit.
Organizational Structure Analysis
Through this unique and dynamic model, your company receives a complete or partial organizational review and assessment.
It involves collaborating with members of your workforce to define roles, responsibilities and job requirements. The analysis pinpoints areas where there are bottle-neck situations, evaluates which resources are not being used to their full capability, identifies employees with potential inherent natural abilities that are currently being underutilized. All in an effort to optimize work output. This thorough review takes in account company moral, inclusiveness, efficiency, communication procedures and current organization flow charts, assesses and the entire (or partial) organization as one unit.

Real Time Strategic Change (RTSC)
Where this is human resources, conflicts and problems arise. This is not surprising given the number of hours we spend onsite on any given day. Strong leadership recognizes when intervention is required. Angel Whispers Consulting is here to assist in those challenging situations. Through an inclusive and respectful process, participants are being heard and understood. The process guides personnel to identify real issues, prioritize and co-create win/win solutions that cultivate a sustainable result. RTSC embraces both effective speaking and listening skills, training in reaching consensus and team building components. These skill sets fosters the participants’ ability to give and receive information with minimal personal reaction and simultaneously promotes a harmonious work environment. Real Time Strategic Change also provides management/leadership with an accountability tool. Because the personnel have contributed to the recommendations and solutions, decision makers have a means to call employees back on track.
Relationship Facilitation; Mediation and Conciliation
This service may be utilized for an individual basis, with two conflicted parties or with a group setting based on the situation and challenges presented.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
Angel Whispers Consulting also offers a wonderful Employee Assistance Program. This approach treats the whole person through body, mind, feelings and spirit to ensure employees’ needs are met, so they can better meet the needs of the company. Our approach is effective because the employees are coached in a fashion that helps them to self identify the deeper underlying emotion and life event. Through a process called “The Unburdening” or “Emotional Healing,” the individuals not only identify the source of original emotional pain but also rewrite the internal script, release the negative self messages, reclaim the cherished self and integrate the healing. This therapy embraces the ‘whole’ being’ to create a positive and lasting change. Our program is effective because what it takes people years in conventional therapy to accomplish can (in many cases) be achieved in months.
